On the techno line between detroit techno and industrial techno. Grew out of electro, dub (downtempo line), reggae, hip hop, acid house (house line) and industrial.

BLEEP TECHNO
Sparse Northern English techno of pure sine-tone bleeps over deep sub-bass, made in Sheffield, Leeds and Bradford at the end of the 1980s and carried by Warp's first records.
